“I love working with people to make their policies and procedures work for them. No matter the industry or size of the organization, you can have policies that:

  • Are tailored to the needs of the organization;
  • Address and support business and regulatory requirements, making compliance a natural part of the culture;
  • Get people with the right skills involved in policy development and management, allowing staff to focus their time and talents where they can be of greatest use, and;
  • Engage, inform, and inspire employees to be an integral part of the organization."
